Thanks for your post.

I have launched the voting process so it would create confusion to 
pause it now.
I have talked to Marcin about the voting idea.
AB is aware of, but not responsible for it.

The voting idea still has merit, as does the discussion topic, as 
everyone has a chance to have an equal say.
At the end of the day if no one votes I will accept that as the 
verdict of the majority.
If *we* moved all of the files without consultation a lot of people 
would be offended.

The idea is to present Marcin with a complete package next week; 
consensus on the files that the forum values plus ideas on what to 
do with the ones we keep and the space we create.
I think we need all three to give us a clear picture as to how to 
proceed.

Your idea of retaining files somewhere else after a set period has 
merit though and I thank you for submitting it.
I have also thought of suggesting that, or variations on the theme.
I will definitely add it to the list of suggestions that go to 
Marcin.
