I can do nowt but shake my head and cry here.
I suppose if AmIRC should (God forbid!) implement a lengthy "protocol" (and I
use that term lightly) for embedding animated text in chats, with big, nasty,
annoying control codes, every other IRC client in the world should just
implement it, or shut up?
