No you don't. If we didn't include things simply becos some ppl will abuse
it, we would never have anything. No pings becos some ppl use it to flood.
No guns becos some ppl use them in crime. No medicines becos some ppl
addict.
Think about it. Why should those who don't intend to abuse it miss out just
becos some ppl will?
