But creating what you want to create is a lot easier in a higher level language. Python seems quite easy to me, but the syntax keeps bothering me. I'll simply never like it, so if we choose it, I really end up being stuck (probably for a long time) with a programming language I don't like. It is exactly as you mentioned in one of your other mails... it is hard to see were a block ends (yes, indentation drops back, but that doesn't visually *close* a block). Having an easily recognizable close mark (e.g. '}') improves readability of the code.
By the way, a question for the Python guys: I could not find anything about events in Python. Did I miss it, or is Python really missing that?
