yeah, that's the "default way" of doing it.. unfortunately, there aren't
many skins that give the user whatever option they actually want.... you end
up with just a couple of skins using a specific skin option, and the user
don't like it, and they want that option on another skin they use, etc...
and yes, it's not n00b-compatible to 'modify/create your skin'...
which is why I think the Skin tweak plugin would be best fitted for the job.
