Your gif is password protected. But unless it contains anything new, your
question was already answered. To summarise Jason's advice: your format line
doesn't match the format of the logfile. But if you put LOGFORMAT COMMON
before the LOGFILE command, analog will interpret the logfile in common
format, which is what it is.
