Hi, after I gained permission to /usr/local/analog/dnscache, and
/usr/local/analog/dnslock, I still have the same problem. Is it "DNS WRITE"
necessary for the "HOSTINCLUDE 23.4354.534" statement?

su to a use who has permissions to write to /usr/local/analog/ or else
rebuild Analog in your own user space.
