Stephen,

I solved the problem.  I was using HOSTALIAS thusly

HOSTALIAS 192.168.0.2 www.foo.org

But the Host Report showed that the actual name of my machine, foo_work_1,
was being counted.  So I changed to:

HOSTALIAS 192.168.0.2 foo_work_1

And this takes out those entries from the statistics.

I truly appreciate the help!

Perhaps check
  analog --settings
to see if it's doing what you think it's doing.

Does your host appear in the Host Report?
