I did create an AVD using the command line and specifying the target path under "c:/avd " but with no use.
As for the anti-virus I use avast and really doubt it has anything to do with it. I tried to disable the firewall since it might be a potential problem, still the problem not solved. It seems that i will start developing under Ubuntua.
