If I want to use fragments or other compatibility libraries, I need to
deprecate my 0.6% of users who are using 1.5.

Looking at the multiple APK in the developer console, it is not at all
clear how this is done. I'd rather know in advance before
experimenting.

I have a version posted now, 4.2.7 that supports API 3-14+.

If I upload my next version, 4.2.8, and it supports only API 4-14+,
will 1.5 users then see 4.2.7, since it was the last one that
supported 1.5? Or is this way too optimistic?

Who has done it?

Nathan
