I can't, sorry - obsoleted 1.5 even before this feature became available.
What's the worst that can happen?
You won't get any new users on devices that account only for 0.5% of the
entire device population?

Thanks. I looked at help from the Developer Console and it did not
point me there.
It looks like if I just bump up the minimum version in my next apk,
everything will work according to my optimistic scenario.
But since this is the Android Market, after all, can anyone tell me if
this actually works? Were there weird side effects?
