David McLaughin asked me to continue our private conversation here in
this public place. So here is the update:

#################
Requerying directions based on a new GPS position because the sensor
detects that the user has gone "off-route" is not allowed by the
terms.

If the app uses the GPS (or other sensor) to detect that the user has
reached Turn 1 of 10 and then switches to show Turn 2 or 10, that's
not allowed. But if the app just plots the route based on the
starting location of the user and then *does not* update based on
sensor input, its ok. Basically, once a route is plotted, it should
ONLY BE UPDATED BASED ON USER ACTION, not based on a sensor input.

Thanks,
David
