I want my applications to be available to the public for free, but
after all my hard work i also wanted something in return, So the
simple solution would be embedded advertising. I looked over the
google adsense TOS and it mentions embedding ads directly into
software is prohibited. So i browsed around and saw medialets articles
conveniently all over android fan sites, which sounds like it would
work great.
Then today i read this:
http://games.slashdot.org/games/08/10/08/1818216.shtml
Google advertisements embedded into flash games. It sounds to me like
the next step would be embedded ads in android apps. Although noone
wants their phone sprinkled with ads everywhere, it sounds like it
would be a good idea to strategically place simple ads in apps. Maybe
have two versions, one free w/ ads, the other with a fee with no ads.
Sounds like it would work great.

Opinions? Would love to hear google employee feedback as well.
