unfortunately there is no way to stop piracy, there is no way to lock down an app, so that no one will ever crack it. Look at these large corporations that spend millions of dollars to secure their apps and they are cracked 2 weeks before release, by a 14 year old. It took XDA 15 days to get root access to the G1 and within a day they figured out how to link the Internet cache to the SD card, i think apps will be moved to the SD Card very soon.
I agree with having both these features, on top of being able to re- order the Menu or have it divided. Also being able to make your own themes,icons and customized home screens. It would be nice if the themes could be done by a non-programmer. A task manager to close those resident programs that you don't need running at times. Like GPS tracker, it is always running in the background. but the 8 and half hours i'm at work i don't need it running GPS, this might be more for GPSTracker to change but having the option to go in and kill those processes would be nice. A more detailed battery status would be nice. Something with a % or time left would make a lot of people happy.
