Thats what the emulator is for. You dont actually need the hardware
to test, you might like it but you don't need it.

Yes obviously shipping costs could change, but at the time they paid
the $25 the shipping costs were the shipping costs. Now they have
paid the $25 they now have the luxury of checking the shipping costs
whenever they like. Have they changed since the 8 December?
