For US$360/each at 250pc minimal, upfront payment, We would be very happy to sell our the Android device we are making to you. (BTW, I think our units can sell cheaper than that as well.)
Our Android port should be completing around end of the month. Our current preliminary device should be sufficient for development purposes, that's if anyone is really going to buy so many pieces......... BTW, if you post their contact here or tell me their contact details, I can also talk to them and organize the deal for you. We have staff in China who can overlook and organize this.
