Yes, its a bizarre bug, as I would have thought that the market app  
would check that it can sequester the funds then authorise rather than  
checking in what manner it can sequester the funds when doing a cross  
border purchase. There should be no relevance to the purchaser though  
the back end will want to know the locations of both parties for tax  
reasons.
