Good stuff, point taken I haven't been following the community for very long. I've installed slideme and will give it a go.
I guess the only thing developers can do at this stage is offer their applications on other markets as well as the android one, and advertise this fact prominently so they maximise profits and meet their customers requirements. Is there a good place for my to raise my issue to get it known by the android market maintainers, like a public bug tracker? Or is posting on this list going to be enough to raise attention? I will be happy to test any new payment mechanisms if it will help the process...
