This is one of the reason I put my app for sale on Handango.com as well. But, i agree. The payment option differences don't make it easier for both the customer and the developer. I wish PayPal was accepted by the Market or that purchases would appear on customer's phone bills. I get quite a few messages of people who don't have a credit card and there can not buy an app from the Market.
