Those of us in the UK have the same problem. If you haven't already
seen it, here is the current solution that Google have offered:

The subject title refers only to the U.K. but this issue actually
refers to most countries outside of the U.S.

I think it might be time to consolidate these issues into a single bug
report, and see if we can determine a solution that works for all
countries planning to use the market.

What are your thoughts?
