Peli, Andreas, Those of us in the UK have the same problem. If you haven't already seen it, here is the current solution that Google have offered:
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market/thread?tid=57912f7eefae2e5f&hl=en The subject title refers only to the U.K. but this issue actually refers to most countries outside of the U.S. I think it might be time to consolidate these issues into a single bug report, and see if we can determine a solution that works for all countries planning to use the market. What are your thoughts?
