The input here (and thread lifetime extension for the purpose of drawing attention to the problem) is much appreciated.
Thank you for participating. I'm still dismayed. Call me idealistic, but since I obviously was in no way at fault, I'm just really hurt. I'm only going to participate in the Market if it is profitable or AT THE LEAST break even. Charge backs represent a real threat that selling small apps for small profits through the Market could actually COST money, i.e., be a net loss to the developer, which is logically ludicrous. No one would participate under such circumstances and the Market would consequently die, at least in theory. Of course, that won't happen, we'll just put up with it and the system will continue as is...and the banks and Google know it. Good for them. Just to reiterate my main point: I didn't do anything wrong, thus my bitter response toward Google, the credit card company, the bank, the customer, WHOEVER. I don't care who. The point is, I'm ambiguously totally innocent in the matter. Thus, fining me for this situation is unfair and wrong. That's my point, that's my only point. Read it, understand it, dismiss it, do what you want with it, but there it is. Anyway, thanks again everyone. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
