Well, I certainly know how you feel - I have tons of comments for my
app about things I could easily help people straighten out... IF THEY
ONLY CONTACTED ME instead of giving me a bad rating and complaining in
public about something that's not even a bug.

I absolutely hate that, and I think it's a flaw in the market. There
should be a way to contact posters using a blind email address. That
said, I could imagine that some posters might feel unhappy about their
payment information being used to contact them. Some people hate
giving up personal information and only do so in order to purchase the
app. In my case, the app is free, so I don't have that option to begin
with.
