Well, I certainly know how you feel - I have tons of comments for my app about things I could easily help people straighten out... IF THEY ONLY CONTACTED ME instead of giving me a bad rating and complaining in public about something that's not even a bug.
I absolutely hate that, and I think it's a flaw in the market. There should be a way to contact posters using a blind email address. That said, I could imagine that some posters might feel unhappy about their payment information being used to contact them.
