There needs to be. I've got a comment complaining about the lack of a feature that has actually been in the app for quite a while. And it's not obscure either - I couldn't make it more plain if I added a giant strobing icon. In the comments section, I included a link to my website with full documentation (with pictures even). But most people don't bother to read it, and apparently, some can't figure out the simple iconography.
Everybody who emails me gets help, and their issues addressed. But there needs to be a better feedback mechanism built directly into the Market itself.
