You'll find the world a nicer place if you ask developers before listing their apps.
And yes, that does mean any app, we, at AndAppStore, listed a few apps under "Unknown" originally and some developers asked us to take down even the free ones, so now we only have developer submitted apps, and it works well. So if you don't want prank calls in the middle of the night then don't be so ignorant of others wishes in relation to their intellectual property.
