if you make it simple (one time approval, no uploads, online rejection of
approval if necessary, automated almost real time mirroring from Android
Market), I'll give you approval for all my free apps.

As you talked about egg and chicken issue, that's the real cause. You need a
lot of good apps and when I'll see that your market gives me extra
downloads, I'll probably spend some time with adapting them to paid version
specific for your market. Until this time it is just one from many for me.
Sorry.

I believe that the same feeling have other developers too.
