You must have been lucky ;-) I sent 2 bug-reports from the console (didn't get to submit paid apps) and didn't hear anything back. Also I was a bit puzzled that I had to go through the whole FTP process a few months ago and then they suddenly release a web GUI. Why did they bother asking developers to upload the assets through the FTP? Well, maybe it will be all good when they release the store but I am still waiting for the web-frontend for the Google Market to save the day.
