Yeah, as long as you handle management of the subscription yourself, the Unmanaged PaytmentType would seem to allow it.
My problem is that: 1) there is no way to interact directly with your subscription server from the market, so all interaction has to be via your app which means it can be readily subverted 2) subscription looks like a common use case (I think its a better model than outright sale), and we will each need to build our own subscription server and subscription-client mediator. It would be much nicer if the Market introduces another PaymentType (Managed-Periodic) to cover subscriptions.
