I don't know if this compares very well, but for instance the Android Market is
available in India. There's a lot of people there, but it only makes 0.29% of my
sales.. Also my app is only localized in English and French. For China, I think
that it would need to be localized to Chinese. In India though, given its
history, people tend to speak English, and as I said the sales are very low.

So I'm not sure about all this. Thing is, these are really different cultures,
you certainly can't apply the same principles as in western countries. It maybe
needs a radically different approach.

Or it's more simple, and people just can't afford spending money on apps. They
really need the phone for their every day life, but it ends here. Not sure, just
wondering.
