I agree with Brandon here. Calling out comments in my weekly newsletter has been effective in getting other people to comment and sometimes contradict the complainers. I have been more reluctant to use valuable space in my description, but based on your success, I might consider it. There's plenty of room at the bottom, of course, but no one reads that far.
