While it would be great to be able to publicly reply to comments in
the Market, at the very least we need the ability to be able to
contact a poster to clarify an issue.

I find it very frustrating not being able to contact someone that has
posted in order to set them straight.
Most of them will never come back to the review on your app, so even
if you (or your positive followers) have set things straight, that
user will never know.
Without a dialogue how can we engage potential customers. Without a
means of reply we don't even get the chance to show how good our
customer service is.
