I understood this; You'll get 70% of the sale price or 20% of the list price, whichever one is more.
E.g. If they sell you app for the list price of $1.00: 20% of list price --> $0.20 70% of sale price --> $0.70 You get 70 cents. If they have a promotion and give it away for free: 20% of list price --> $0.20 70% of sale price --> $0.00 You get 20 cents.
