Nope. Overall, it's a 10% decrease in revenue. 18 people bought in the Amazon Market instead of Android Market, and I get paid less. I can't prove that Amazon sales are cannibalizing Market sales, but I suspect so. If I reduce my price on Android Market, Amazon can discount that price by 50% too. It's a race to the bottom. And I'm not going there. I do not believe I can more than double sales by slashing price in half. There are already similar apps available at half the price in the Market, and they are selling half as much, not twice as much. Everyone feel free to tell me how little I know about marketing.
