Hmmm, good point I'll bear it in mind. I would have made it as late as possible but this certainly reinforces how late it must be. I wonder what percentage abandon at the final payment stage. I guess you'd need to give them the complete price including everything like postage, vat and have it accepted before the logging and hand-off.
