We're aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as we can.

The approach, not announcing the issue and informing all about it, is
bad. But the answer is reasonable (
also by 19 of 20 at the time of writing).

They should raise the developer fee and hire more workers to work on
the market. The one time registration
of $25 is just too low compared with the $99 per year for Apple.
Also, if they could form something similar to the Microsoft MVP
program and give them gifts instead of the
attendees at IO, they could cover a lot of ground.
