You're right, it is reasonable. And at least someone from Google replied.
I'm just a tad bit jaded. I just do not understand why they can't send a
simple email or post to a blog letting us know the issues exists, they're
aware, and are looking into. Why thousands of developers are left to scratch
their heads, shrug the shoulders ("oh, it's broken again, oh well"), rant on
forums, or go searching for answers is beyond me.
