It's going to vary a lot by app, of course. My game was designed to have as little text as possible, and you can pretty much play the whole thing without knowing how to read any of the text there is. That wouldn't work for all apps, and as you point out, some need tech support. The most tech support I've had to supply was "How do I get past level 15?" ...
