I highly doubt it. Feature requests seem to be ignored regardless, but
at least there it's ignored "officially" ... =P
Regardless, it's the place where feature requests are supposed to go --
and it allows others to "star" the features they like, keeping down
noise on the lists.
At this point Android is so big, and has so many players who contribute
to its standards, it seems unlikely that an average feature request will
be considered. Serious problems in the design (ahem, low-latency audio,
which has been fixed in some open source builds, but remains broken in
Android [1]) have been ignored despite the fact that entire categories
of applications can't be written for Android as a result (in this case,
music creation applications/real-time sequencers/etc. -- and all games
are hurt by audio latency, which can be as bad as 3/4 of a second).
There are dozens of other examples; audio is just my pet peeve.
