Don't reset your device after upgrading to pro I reset my device to clear off some old stuff and tried to reinstall the app. Instead of having my year or 2 long subscription, it told me to enter the 15 digit code from market. I went to my market account and guess what? The transaction got lost. I won't be giving them any more money. * 1. You can transfer with your Google Order Id. 2. If you forgot your Google Order Id, just contact us and we can figure it out for you. Granted, the person leaving this comment should have noticed and used the contact form and the help text. He would have had satisfaction then but instead he choose the market so now this bit of sad information is stuck there forever.
