My comment was a bit tounge and cheek,of course.  More seriously,
there are patents google does not posses related to store fronts on
web etc.  It is kin to starting from a hole when you are trying to
defend your case in front of a judge when a patent claim or title is
similar to "method for distribution and installation of software on a
mobile device using an on device market"- just a guess.  But I do
believe the dispute with British Telecom may in part be why the move
away from "market" was made...  or else pre-emptive against various
patent trolls.
