I get that people don't know how to get their apps with a new phone.
Because I get that question several times a day. But usually they are
fairly polite and just need to be pointed to the right article.

Today, though, I have difficulty figuring out what is going through a
customer's head:

"I still don't have this app, even though I paid for it. I transvered
my SD card to a new phone, which is an exact replacement, and NO app.
This is making me very angry and dissatisfied with your app quality,
if it dissappears so easily. "

My app is poor quality because it didn't survive you getting a
completely new phone?

Those of you who have written an app that doesn't disappear when
someone gets a new phone, could you give me some pointers so I can
make my app higher quality?
