Sometimes you can figure out which user it is by looking at a combination of their username, the language the review is posted in, and their device type. Since you have all of that info in your Google Checkout orders, you can try to correlate the review with a particular purchase and use the contact email provided with the purchase to contact them. It's not ideal, but we've been able to contact some users that way.
