This is the worst case I've come across yet. The previous best came from a 
user who complained bitterly about my choice of colors. It all comes down 
to the famous misquote "You can please some of the people all of the time, 
all of the people some of the time but never all of the people, all of the 
time." (Abraham Lincoln).

I bend over backwards for our premium users. This guy had in fact contacted 
me nine other times in the past six months, all of which were answered and 
solved to his satisfaction. There were three he sent to the wrong e-mail 
address, blamed that on me too, so that's 12 contacts for one person. I 
think that might be a record.

I'll bet this guy just was having a bad day and took it out on me. I think 
the response "Go fly a kite." is actually a very nice thing to say.
