Update: Predictable behavior by this person... added a nice review in the Google Play store. Naturally, he left out the 9 other support requests that I answered to his satisfaction.
1 star Abysmal Support Nice app but the developer/owner of the app whined when he couldn't find previous support requests that were sent to him. When I provided evidence of those requests, he decided that he didn't like how I worded my message so he took it upon himself to invoke a questionable clause in the EULA, thus suspending my use & supposedly providing me a refund for the Premium version without prior notice. I've yet to see the refund though. "Caveat Emptor" is appropriate here in my opinion.
