For a beginning, I hope this is up to a standard and satisfactory to be a splash-screen. Some nice alien-looking letters would really look neat on it, with the android alpha 1.5 -like animated glitter. All images and textures are copyright free. Nebulae should be free to use as well, since it goes from the taxpayer's pockets.
