I've seen you mention reduced fees multiple times.... and of course,
everyone wants to pay less.. but with the runout and income restraints on
APNIC I don't think reducing fees is a good idea in the short term.  If the
members are asking for more resources, such as training, consulting and so
on, then reducing the ability to service those resources would not be wise.

Also, with the size of your population, the growth rate of your industry, I
really don't see why you have a problem with finances.  The NIR of India
really should be making enough revenue to pay for itself.

Actually... will the NIR's make available the financial reports to the
APNIC community?  If you are asking for reduced fees, then I would like to
see evidence as to why you are asking for them... if there is an issue of
hardship, I would like to see this issue discussed.

So feel free to point me to a link, since you are part of this model of
transparency, to your financial reports for your time in operation.  I
would like to see them for all RIR's actually.

So Brajesh, please let me know when they can be provided.
