Dave and Skeeve,

I think real problem is not using business class itself.

The real question is whether there were enough outcomes compared to
resources spent including costs and man-months.
Unfortunately, I am doubt for many cases of APNIC activities in past few
years, and that's the reason why I'm raising the issues.
