John, Not sure if you were aware, in Todo 1.2 we've added an option in our settings under Sychronization to email in a diagnostic report. The report contains some diagnostic information and the last sync log. It's been quite helpful in finding and resolving issues. If you do run into an issue during the sync that log is very helpful.
