I have a number of tasks at work that I do have to get to eventually
but they're not urgent. They're like reminders. I used to put them on
postit notes so I'd see them in front of me but could easily ignore
them :-) With Todo, I make them repeating tasks. I decide how often I
want to be reminded of them, which is easy with Todo's repeat
flexibility. So I might want a reminder two or three times a week or
every Monday. I get to look at them and decide if I'm going to have
the time or energy to attack them that day. If not, I simply tap the
circle and they repeat the next time up. If I actually do one (yes it
does happen), I can either delete the item (a swipe and tap) or, if I
want the cleared Todo for some reason, turn off the repeat and check
off the item.

If you think you might get to one but only after some others, change
the priority to low. If the higher priority tasks get done, the maybe
task moves up the list and comes into view.

The key thing with these tasks is to set the date. If the date is far
in the future or no date, you won't see them. I'd rather have them in
front of me once a week than have to scroll down the whole list, which
I tend not do do.

The nice thing is that after a few minutes in the morning, I have a
good idea of what I'm doing for the day, at least for planned tasks.
Now if I could only list the unplanned tasks :-)
