I'm having same problem -- synching w/ Toodledo, not pro. After upgrade, I enabled notificaiions and configured. Then just today, I synched w/ Toodledo -- I run manual synch b/c I primarily use the ToDo client vs. Toodledo site, so it's primarily a backup mechanism. After synch, all my child tasks were no longer associated under the parent task. Parent tasks still know they are type parent, and child tasks still seem to know they are a child type, because they have the 'repeat w/ parent' option on them. But they are flattened, not associated with the parent tasks.
Thanks.
