Just to add a "me too", my checklist sub-tasks also all got pulled out of their checklists on the first synch with toodledo after upgrading. I don't have any projects. It has not recurred but would have been pretty annoying if I had a lot of tasks to reorganise! Luckily I only have a few checklists.
